Cyklus digitálních
tisků Hoax se dotýká důvěryhodnosti obsahu volně šířených mailových zpráv
a zároveň
je využívá ke zpochybnění našich každodenních jistot a přesvědčení. Věříme tomu,
co vidíme? Věříme tomu,
co čteme? Věříme tomu, co žijeme?
A set of digital prints Hoax from the year 2002 fools around with the
internet world and at the same time
with the daily human reality. Hoax is a title for so-called "startle"
from e-mail, whose aim is to dissapoint the
user. This message extends a wrong or invented information and brings only an
informative confusion and
disorientation. I connected in the set a photographic image with texts, which
really appear as subjects of
hoax messages. And so is forming a connection of photograph and text, which
also makes its content
relative. New connections are so subconsciously generated, doubts and questions
are arising. Really "Is
life beautiful?".
The cycle of digital prints Hoax
is covering a contend trustworthiness of the free extended e-mail
messages and at the same time is it deriving benefit from them to impeachment
of our daily securities and
convictions. Do we trust to what we see? Do we trust to what we read? Do we
trust to what we live?
